Public offer

This is a public offer by DigiSellery (the Seller) to any buyer. Paying for an order means you accept these terms.

1. What you buy

The Seller provides a digital item for personal use: a code, a subscription, a top-up or a similar digital product. The Seller does not ship physical goods.

2. Price

The price is shown in rubles on the product page. The contract starts when the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

After payment the purchase appears in the account and is sent to the e-mail from the order, usually at once and no later than 24 hours.

4. Use

Do not resell the purchase as your own product, publish it openly, pass it to other people, or use it to break the law.

5. What we do not sell

We do not sell stolen goods, access to other people's accounts, malware, drugs, weapons or other illegal items.

6. Refunds

We refund or replace the purchase if it was not delivered, does not work because of us, or was paid twice. A working purchase that was already shown is not refunded only because the buyer changed their mind.
