Public offer

This public offer is addressed to any capable person (the Buyer) and is an official offer by DigiSellery (the Seller) to conclude a contract for the sale of digital goods on the terms below. Paying for an order means full acceptance of the offer.

1. Subject

The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive right to use the selected digital item (document, template, original license or similar content) for personal or internal business use. Exclusive rights remain with the Seller or the lawful rightholder.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in WMZ. Payment is made with WebMoney title units through Web Merchant Interface to the Seller's purses published on the site. The contract is concluded when Merchant confirms the payment.

3. Delivery

The item is delivered electronically to the order page and the Buyer's e-mail after payment, within 24 hours. The Seller does not ship physical goods.

4. License

The Buyer may not resell, publish or otherwise distribute the item as their own product, transfer access codes to third parties, or use the item to violate the law or WebMoney rules.

5. Prohibited goods

The Seller does not sell goods or services listed in WebMoney Transfer restricted items (stolen digital goods, account access, circumvention tools, narcotics, weapons, pornography, pyramid schemes, counterfeit, etc.).

6. Refunds

Because the goods are digital and are disclosed upon delivery, refunds are provided if the item was not delivered, is defective through the Seller's fault, or a duplicate payment was made. A working item that was disclosed is not refunded except as required by applicable law. Replacement is the default remedy.

8. Disputes

The parties will attempt to settle disputes by negotiation, then through WebMoney Arbitration where applicable, then in a competent court.
