Refunds and replacement

Digital goods are delivered automatically. If the code or file does not work for a reason on the Seller's side, we replace it within 24 hours of a documented request.

A refund of WebMoney title units is possible when: the payment was received but the item was not delivered; a duplicate payment was made; Merchant test/live mode was misconfigured through our fault. Refunds are made to the same WM purse used for payment, in an amount not less than the original payment, in line with MegaStock rules on personal accounts (this store does not keep user balance accounts).

We do not refund a disclosed, working item because the Buyer changed their mind after seeing the contents, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
