Privacy policy

This policy explains how DigiSellery (DigiSellery, https://digisellery.com) processes personal data of buyers. It covers orders on the website and in the Telegram bot @DigiSellingStore_Bot. Version of 1 October 2026.

1. Who processes the data

The controller is DigiSellery. Privacy questions: Digital@wmid.com. Site: https://digisellery.com. Telegram: @DigiSellingStore_Bot.

2. What we receive

• e-mail address and the order code;
• the order: product name, category, quantity and price;
• details you type so we can deliver the purchase: login, account, phone number, top-up amount;
• if the order is placed in Telegram — the Telegram id and username;
• the payment result returned by the payment service: amount, currency, operation id and status. The full card number and CVV are typed on the payment service page. The store does not receive or store them;
• technical data: IP address, cookies, language, time of the request and browser data.

3. Why we process it

• to make and perform the contract: take payment and deliver the digital good;
• to send the code or the confirmation to your e-mail and show the order in your account;
• to check the payment and reduce fraud, including sending the payment service the order contents and the buyer's e-mail;
• to answer support and look into a payment dispute;
• to keep accounting records required by law.

Grounds: the purchase contract, legal duties, and the store's legitimate interest in protecting payments from fraud.

4. Who receives the data

Only as much as payment or delivery needs:

• the payment services that process the payment and run their own checks;
• digital-goods suppliers — to issue a code, a subscription or a top-up to the account you named;
• the e-mail service — to send the order message;
• the site host and Telegram — so the site and the bot can work.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for someone else's advertising.

5. Payment data

Payment is completed on the payment service side. The store receives the payment result and the data needed to identify the order. The card number is entered on the payment service page and is not saved in the store.

6. Cookies

The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember the language. Checkout and the e-mail sign-in code do not work without it. We do not set advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep it

The order, the payment and dispute correspondence are kept for at least 3 years, for accounting and payment checks. Support messages are kept while we handle the request. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Data that the law requires us to keep longer is kept for that period.

8. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. An order and a payment that we must keep cannot be deleted before the retention period ends. Write to Digital@wmid.com. You may also complain to Roskomnadzor.

9. Protection

Orders are available to the store and to the services that take the payment or deliver the goods. The site works over HTTPS. The payment page is opened by the payment service.

10. Age

The store is not meant for children under 18. If such data reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

A new version is published on this page and applies from the moment it is published.
